F.B.S.S. SYSTEM INCLUDE
Front Side:-
1. Remove front Shocks and the spring.
2. Bolt 3” long 3 hole rectangular plate on left and right side.
3. Bolt 5” tall all thread cups on top. Left and right side into the center hole of 3” rectangular plate.
4. Bolt the 2” tall cups by drilling holes in the A-Arm and then bolt the bag (Single Bellow Air House-2) between the upper and lower cups.
5. You will have to make the mounts for shock relocation, in this case they will be bolted from outside A- Arms due to space limitations.
Rear Side:-
1. Remove 3-4 Main Leaf Springs.
2. Leave one OR two leaf springs. Use a 3” or 4” Block to bolt the axle back to Leaf springs with U Bolts.
3. Weld 8” X 10” X 3/16” Thick plate in the center of axle on top side with uni-body
4. Weld big u-Shape Plates with triangular gussets on top side where the plate is welded to uni-body frame. Make sure to center these plates with the center of axle as well as bottom axle pad brackets.
5. Weld axle pad over the axle with center to the top U-shape plates on each side.
6. Bolt double bellow bags on the top of axle pad as well as u-shape plates.
