This kit will only work with 2021 + Year Newer model air compressors.


Check your compressor model at front crank case after removing the direct air inlet filter housing. Look for the 4 digits right below the 5 digit part number. The first 2 digits are the year & next 2 digits are the month of manufacturing.

Viair 275C "Complete" rebuild kit comes with a Piston & Connecting Rod, Cylinder wall (sleeve), Head, Carbon Brush, Direct air inlet housing, Stainless steel braided hose with inbuilt check valve & Vibration Isolators. Doesn't come with the air filter elements.

Parts included:

  • 275C Piston & Connecting rod with piston seal, bearing with counter weight - CRC-02750
  • 275C Cylinder wall with gasket / O'Rings - CWC-02750 ***New Style*** ***Actual Cylinder wall is different than what's shown in picture, picture is for illustration purpose only***
  • Replacement head with gasket /seal & 4 new bolts - HDC-02750 ***Actual head is different than what's shown in picture, picture is for illustration purpose only***
  • Carbon brush assembly - CBC-0275 ***Actual carbon brush assembly is different than what's shown in picture, picture is for illustration purpose only***
  • Direct Air inlet Housing - 92623
  • 1/4" NPT Stainless Steel Braided Hose W/ Inbuilt Check Valve - 92793
  • Set of 4 Vibration Isolators for compressor mounting feet brackets - RP049

Important Notes & Instructions: -

***Piston seal is not available by itself, comes as complete unit with connecting rod, bearing & set screw***
*** Use a non - permanent thread sealant on new set screw to make sure piston does not move on motor shaft***
*** Do not over tighten the head bolts or the leader hose. Over tightening may cause a crack in the head, bolts may shear off ***
