Brand New UN-used Viair 425C 2nd Gen Black Air Compressor Piston & Connecting Rod, Cylinder Wall (sleeve) & Head Rebuild Kit. This head rebuild kit comes with a Saddle Plate (upper reed valve), Cylinder Wall (Sleeve) & Cylinder Wall - HDC - 04252. 425C Platinum Head Comes with (4) Bolts.

  • Piston & Connecting Rod with Counter Weight & Set Screw
  • Saddle Plate Pre-installed inside head with O'Ring (Gasket)
  • Cylinder Wall (Sleeve) With O'Ring (Gasket)
  • 4 - New Bolts

Important Notes:
  • Saddle Plate (Upper reed valve) assembly is pre-installed inside the head.
  • Do not over tighten the head bolts. Excessive tightening may shear the bolts.
  • Kit does not come with piston & connecting rod.
  • Cylinder sleeve is removable from this head to install piston through the cylinder sleeve
  • This head rebuild kit does not come with any warranty due the installation (Repair) done by the end user.
  • We check & inspect each and every part thoroughly to make sure there are no damages.
  • This rebuild kit is packaged inside a corrugated box with bubble wrap cushion to avoid any damages.
